Each Next Level Collaborative™ Membership provides the following:
- Broadlook: Broadlook offers one of the most powerful suites of high-end data aggregation tools in existence today; even those recruiters who think they “already have Broadlook” typically only have Profiler, which is about 10% of their full suite of products. For those that do not know Broadlook, this model organizes data in the most “recruiter centric” solution available in the market; our Collaborative membership includes 100% of their current products including Hoovers and D&B data. The same D&B and Hoovers data available via expensive and well marketed solutions is also available to you with Broadlook. The key to Broadlook’s success is the software’s proprietary algorithmic search software and data presentation platform that constantly scours the digital world to pull in every ounce of needed, missing and incomplete data. Where others may fall short, if the data is out there - Broadlook will find it. Historical pricing for the entire suite exceeded $18,000 dollars, and even with the best network deals today is about $4,000.

- NLE Private Training/Consulting: Each one-hour session can be used as a customized training meeting for your entire organization, or as an individualized consulting opportunity for you and/or a select group. Your options are unlimited as you have access to each of these four leaders of the Next Level team. Many of you know Rob Mosley, who was rated as the #1 speaker at last year’s NAPS conference, and is an expert in negotiation, collaborative client development, responding to resistance, and leadership coaching. Karen Schmidt pioneered the development of the Rookie Training Program at both Kaye/Bassman and Next Level, and is an incredible resource to assist in attracting the right individuals to your team, effective on-boarding and performance management, career pathing, and creating a culture of ongoing professional development. Training areas can range from Best Practices from 50+ Big Billers and Recruiting Trainers, to covering the counteroffer and transition process, to staying motivated and focused throughout your career in search. Nick Turner is Co-CEO at KBIC and the expert in operational and financial plans, compensation programs, and technology. Training sessions could cover anything from time and attention management, to establishing accountability and expectations, to goal setting and achievement. Collaborative Option A includes four (4) separate one-hour sessions (one with each member of the NL team). Collaborative Option B includes eight (8) separate one-hour sessions (two with each member of the NL team).
- The OT: Owner Therapy: These monthly group Webinar sessions conducted by the Next Level team cover content specifically geared around growing your search firm. Subjects include hiring, training, performance management, culture, operational and financial programs, compensation and equity, marketing communication strategies, and much more. Collaborative membership includes access to all previously recorded OT Sessions, as well as upcoming group 50-minute OT monthly sessions.
A Collaborative membership for an office is either $399 or $749 per month, depending on the membership you select, with a 12 month commitment for 2012. At the end of 12 months, your Collaborative membership expires and you will be given an option to renew or cancel. Collaborative membership pricing is in addition to subscription fees for Next Level Exchange™.
If you are a current client of any of our partners, this will not affect your current agreements. Those will remain in force until expiration subject to your individual terms and conditions.
